Autodesk Forma Data Management
Common Data Environment (CDE) as central data environment
Autodesk Forma Data Management, formerly Autodesk Docs, is the common data environment for centrally managing all data in a BIM project in the cloud, from initial planning through operations. Data can be accessed from anywhere through a browser or mobile device, whether on site, in meetings, in the office, at home, or on the move. This helps project teams communicate more efficiently, resolve conflicts faster, and accelerate project delivery. Autodesk Forma Data Management is included in Autodesk Forma Industry Cloud.

This and more is what Autodesk Forma Data Management offers you
As a cloud-based document management system, Autodesk Forma Data Management provides a central project data store and helps avoid duplicate data and outdated planning versions. Projects are created in Autodesk Forma Data Management, and all data and models are uploaded there. The solution supports a wide range of file formats and offers unlimited storage.
Team members and project participants can add comments and notes directly to construction drawings. Different versions can be uploaded, retrieved permanently, and compared in both 2D and 3D views.
All team members can access important project data from anywhere with a browser or mobile device, even offline. In the model viewer, floor plans, views, drawings, and uploaded models can be reviewed with functions such as section analysis, first-person navigation, a model browser, a properties palette, and measurement tools.
Tasks can be created for planning errors, general task management, site defects, or building operations, then assigned, tracked, and evaluated. Different users can be invited to each project, with roles and permission levels defined so everyone sees only the tasks they should see.
