pit-CAD

Flexible MEP planning to match your needs

pit-CAD has supported AutoCAD as a base system for many years. Unlike pure CAD programs, you do not draw with lines in pit-CAD, but with objects. This saves time and enables a wide range of evaluation options.

Thanks to its modular structure, pit-CAD can be expanded continuously and adapted to your planning requirements.

Modular expandability

The base module can be extended with Heating & Sanitary, Ventilation & Climate, and Electrical modules so the system grows with your needs.

Everything included for flexible MEP planning

pit-CAD includes dedicated modules for building regulation, ventilation and climate, heating and sanitary, and electrical planning.

pit Building Regulation is the base module for creating architectural floor plans with walls, windows, doors, and openings. It is also used for recording existing conditions and for supplementing or revising existing plans. The module supports easy generation of 3D building components from 2D plans to produce sections, perspectives, and derived data for heat demand or cooling load calculations.
